I'm Serena, a Toronto-based illustrator and designer with an avid interest in swords, video games, animation, and a variety of other subjects! I love working on new projects and expanding my skillset.I'm currently a student attending Ryerson University for a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering and a Minor in Communication and Design. TURNAROUND TIME: Depending on current demand, turnaround time **will vary. ** Regular turnaround time varies from 1-3 weeks currently. Please let me know if you require a rush order. (Depending on how soon, this will add +30-50% to your total cost.)
PRICE AND PAYMENT: Prices are in USD, and variable to change depending on complexity. Payment is upfront and is made through PayPal invoice. If the order exceeds $120 USD, it may be paid 50% upfront and the other 50% after the sketch has been approved.
IMAGE RIGHTS: Commissions are for personal use only. I retain the rights to the image, and finished commissions are not to be used for sale by the client unless it has been licensed to do so. (Extra cost, please feel free to contact me about licensing fees.)
SKETCH APPROVAL PROCESS: No matter what type of commission it is, I will always send a sketch for approval before moving onto lineart / colour. After approval of the sketch, only minor changes may be made to the commission. I will not begin lineart until after approval.
POSTING: If you are not comfortable with me posting the commission on social media, please let me know beforehand.
REFUNDS : After I begin the initial sketch (before I complete the commission), you are only entitled to a 50% refund. After I complete the commission, refunds are no longer available.
NSFW COMMISSIONS : NSFW commissions of real people must be consented by all parties involved. As well, NSFW commissions are only available for 18+ clients.
RIGHTS TO ACCEPTANCE : I retain the right to deny any commission that I am not comfortable drawing.
